    Wal-Mart is an excellent example for the quality and value it has for so many years.

    Any lack in either of value or quality can degrade the item or any particular we are referring to. This again stresses the point that quality and value go hand in hand in every step. Mirek,the refunding of money is an excellent point. As to they value their customers. They know what their customers expect from Wal-Mart, i.e total quality and they strive on that for success.

    Success is what all strive for and it can be achieved with the right quality and value portrayed by the product or a firm.

    I will agree with Jimy and Mirey. That wal-mart has many variety of products with a reasonable price for a middle class people. Some times even the quality is low it may succeed because of product value. There are many substitutes for products due to vary in brand and quality of product based on quality.

    Quality is that which makes, or helps to make, anything such as it is. Quality in a product or service is not what the supplier puts in. It is what the customer gets out and is willing to pay for and it is also an essential and distinguishing attribute of something or someone. The value is defined as the desirability of something, often in terms of its usefulness or exchangeability or in terms of real life it is a goal of everyday life and is something that we all seek. People perceive value subjectively and are motivate to obtain items that satisfy their needs. Success is balancing all aspects of our life and it can be achieved only through proper balancing of quality and value. There would be no success if one could not maintain quality in the action and the value in implementing it. So if they are well balanced it would definitely lead to success.

    There is much to reflect upon here… beauty is in the eyes of the beholder… we desire what we value, but do not always value what we obtain… PC
