    It is my belief that the nature of an organization follows the vision. The purpose of profit encourages manipulation. Profit should be a goal NOT the vision. Profits should be a consequence of the actions; Not the purpose. Values determine ethical balance. With a foundation built on positive core values, action will be purposeful and the result will be of service to others. When a company’s goods and/or services is valued, profit results.

    Scott a tremedous article. I believe you have laid this out very effectivly.The corporation has a strong influence on how ethics are applied within that organization so it is of dire importatance that the administrators set the expamples that they are requesting from thier employees. Diversity empowers us as a Nation we must embrace it at all cost.
